These Terms & Conditions apply to all services provided by AllClean Facilities. By booking or using our services, you agree to the terms below.
AllClean Facilities provides professional cleaning services strictly in accordance with the agreed quotation or booking confirmation. Services are limited to cleaning only and do not include repairs, restoration, pest control, mould remediation, or rectification of pre-existing damage unless agreed in writing.
All prices are in Australian Dollars (AUD). Payment is due on the day of service completion unless otherwise agreed in writing. Failure to make payment may result in refusal of future services.
Quotes are based on information provided by the client. If the property condition differs from what was disclosed, pricing may be revised. Additional time or services required due to excessive dirt, neglect, or unforeseen conditions will be charged separately.
End of lease cleaning is performed to a professional standard within the agreed scope only. No bond, inspection, or outcome guarantee is provided. Additional requests outside scope will incur extra charges.
Clients must provide safe and unrestricted access to the property. Electricity and water must be available during service. Work may be suspended if conditions are unsafe.
A minimum of 24 hours' notice is required for cancellations or rescheduling. Late cancellations may incur a fee.
Reasonable care is taken while performing services. Damage claims must be reported within 24 hours. Liability is limited to the value of the service provided.
Service-related concerns must be reported within 48 hours and will be assessed against the agreed scope of work.
AllClean Facilities is not liable for delays caused by circumstances beyond reasonable control.
GST is included where applicable and clearly stated on invoices.
These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of South Australia and the Commonwealth of Australia.
